Mrs Fletcher

Dear children and parents/carers,

Thank you to those of you who completed the tasks from last week. We were very pleased to see what you had done and how quickly you were able to access the work.
We have put this week's planning/lessons below. It is really important that your child completes as many of these as possible. Government expectations are for children in KS1 to be working for 3 hours a day. We also need to see photos of the work when your child completes it so that work for next week can be planned to address any misunderstandings or errors. We realise this is sometimes going to be a challenge for you at home but we are always here to help, either through email, Class Dojo or on the phone. Please let us know if you need any help at any time.
Thank you and happy learning!

(Below is the suggested timetable for home learning over the next few weeks. The planned work for each day should take around 3 hours but this obviously need not be done all in one sitting. The children can work for 30mins, have a short break, then go onto the next task. Thank you)

The Oxford Owl website now also has free books you can access. You will need to set up a free account but, once logged in, there is a very wide range of books available which match the book band level your child is reading in school.
