Mrs Fletcher

Hello Pine class!

I have added the home learning for Friday below.
This will (hopefully!!!) be our last ever lesson of home learning.

Please complete all of today's learning and send photos of your work to Mrs Reach on Class Dojo.

There will be live lessons at:

9am - English
11am - Maths
1.30pm - Science (this lesson is all about pets...if you have a pet it would be lovely if you could show it to us during this lesson!)

Please also watch the phonics lesson for your group.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you and happy learning!

Friday 16th July

Good morning. Here is your work for today.

English: writing sentences about what you like doing (remembering to use the 'ing' suffix).
Your new Y2 teacher will be looking at these too so try to do the best you can.

Maths: practice telling 'half past' times.

Phonics lesson: please watch the lesson for the group you are in at school. These match what
we would have been teaching you this week.

Science: this lesson is all about how to look after a pet.

Remember: send Mrs Reach photos or videos of what you have been doing (I am teaching in other year groups all day).
We are really looking forward to seeing these!

The Oxford Owl website now also has free books you can access. You will need to set up a free account but, once logged in, there is a very wide range of books available which match the book band level your child is reading in school.
