Wow - How the first half the year has flown by!

The children are already getting stuck into their new topic about Houses and Homes. We will also continue to look at people who help us and are looking forwards to having a visit from a vet very soon...

PE is on a WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON - Children will require a PE kit (Shorts and T-Shirt) for this session. Please help your child feel prepared for this session by practicing dressing and undressing independently at home.

Now that the weather is warming up, please make sure your child still comes to school in a washable waterproof coat. We go out in all weathers so even if you come in the car and it looks sunny when you set off it's always advisable to have that extra layer of clothing. Don't forget to label ALL clothing as we cannot take responsibility for lost clothes.

Please keep logging on to Tapestry to see what your child has been doing in school. If you have been logged out or need a new activation code, please speak to your child's teacher. We would also like you to add any homework tasks to here... For more details see our Spring 2 Homework sheet on our web page...

Our Grow it! Cook it! sessions for parents and children in Nursery and Reception classes will commence on Tuesday March 5th from 1-3pm. Wellies and waterproofs are advised but not essential. If you would like to participate with your child, speak to Miss Harrison or Mrs Stratton.

It was great to see so many families at our Story café before half term. We hope to welcome you back to one of our 'Working together Wednesday' sessions where we will be teaching phonics.

Take a look at the photos from our story café on our school FB page and in our gallery...
